Beta 12 - Operations UI 3.0 and Flight Reliability
Redesigned flight operations desktop with persistent flight status, dedicated recovery, smart diversion workflow, improved preflight and PIREP review, DynamicFares estimates and stronger installation checks.

Improvements
- OpenStreetMap, pilot-name hotfix, VATSIM ATC, flight log, and existing Beta 11 recovery paths preserved

Bug Fixes
- Serve .mjs JavaScript modules with text/javascript on Windows systems lacking the correct MIME registry association
- Prevent aircraft list scroll position resetting during 5-second dashboard telemetry polling
- Live Flights dashboard counter uses unified deduplicated all-client positions rather than Delta ACARS-only sessions
- Improve diagnostics margins, padding, and card layout on multiple screen sizes
- Do not display misleading zero fares when DynamicFares preflight pricing is unavailable
Known Issues
- Requires real Microsoft Flight Simulator and X-Plane tests, PIREP recovery tests and live phpVMS DynamicFares quote tests
- Installer, updater and simulator bridge are unsigned in this development build; sign all binaries using authorized Windows Azure signing workspace
- Diversion requests require the airport ICAO to exist in phpVMS; review and retry if the server rejects an ICAO
- Preflight financial numbers are estimates; DynamicFares remains the final PIREP accounting authority
