DELTA ACARS / RELEASE NOTES1.1.0-beta.13.4.4.2 / BETA
Delta ACARS Beta 13.4.4.2 — Pilot Experience 1.1 (QA)
Mitigated Windows setup exit-code-2 during native Start Menu shortcut metadata; added install phase logs and retained Pilot Experience 1.1 and single-instance reliability
New Features
- Compact state-aware flight readiness and clearer connection status
- Independent one-instance-per-brand Windows guard
- Dedicated Start Menu folder with main ACARS and Simulator Bridge shortcuts
- Verified installation screen with launch selection
Improvements
- First action more prominent, remove redundant Dashboard items
- Safer native shortcut creation without optional COM property metadata; full setup phase logging; existing exit-status and receipt checks preserved
- Preserve Fenix V3, charter, SimBrief, flight recovery and update safeguards
Known Issues
- Unsigned staging QA; Windows UAC, shortcut creation, start-app de-elevation and simulator tests pending
- Windows WebView2 native visual QA required
- Direct Run as Administrator setup does not auto-launch elevated flight tracker
Additional Notes
No phpVMS module change. Verify with signed Windows staging build before publication.
