My Flight Is Missing From the Live Map
Basic checks for a flight that has stopped appearing in live tracking.
First checks
A flight may not appear on the live map if the tracking client has not started recording, has lost simulator connectivity, or is no longer sending updates.
- Confirm the flight is active in your approved ACARS client.
- Check that the client is connected to the simulator and your Delta Virtual account.
- Allow a short interval for updates to appear; map refresh timing can vary.
- Avoid starting a second copy of the same flight just to force it to appear.
- If the issue persists, save the time, flight ID, client version, and screenshots.
Can the flight still be valid?
A map display issue does not automatically prove that the PIREP is invalid. Check the final report status in the Crew Center. If an ACARS failure prevents submission, ask Pilot Operations about the backup manual-review process.

Include your simulator, aircraft, approved ACARS client, flight route, time of the last successful update, and any diagnostics.
Staff review required before publication: Confirm the latest live-map refresh behavior and the deployed client's status screens.
