Where achievements come from and what to do if one is missing.
What awards can I earn?
Delta Virtual recognizes pilots through achievements, special events, tours, and other programs. Some awards may be issued automatically; others require staff review or manual assignment.
How do I qualify?
Every award has its own criteria. Check the award or event description for eligibility, required flights, date ranges, and any special conditions. Completing a flight does not automatically guarantee an award if the PIREP is not accepted or does not meet the requirements.
Where can I see awards?
Look for the Awards or pilot profile area in the Crew Center, and check any linked event or tour details.
I think an award is missing
Contact staff with the award name, applicable PIREP IDs, and any other relevant details. Staff can review missing or incorrectly issued achievements.
Awards issued in error or based on invalid or falsified information may be corrected or revoked.
