How do pilot ranks work?
Pilot ranks recognize progression within Delta Virtual. The Crew Center displays your current rank and relevant flight statistics. Rank thresholds may change as the airline evolves, so use the current rank information published in the Crew Center for exact requirements.
Do transferred hours count?
Yes. Verified transfer hours count toward Delta Virtual pilot rank, with no cap on eligible transfer hours. You can normally request a transfer during registration or within 14 days.
Examples of verifiable sources include previous virtual airlines, VATSIM, IVAO, and other accepted flight-simulation records.
My rank or hours look wrong
Confirm whether your flight reports have been accepted, and whether your transfer request has been reviewed. Send Pilot Operations your pilot ID, relevant PIREP IDs, and transfer evidence so they can investigate.
