Logging Flights With Other Virtual Airlines
Understand the normal double-logging rule and AeroLynx partnership exception.
Can I belong to other virtual airlines?
Yes. Delta Virtual pilots can be members of other virtual airlines. Membership elsewhere does not waive your normal Delta Virtual activity requirements.
What is double logging?
Double logging means submitting the same flight as an official PIREP to Delta Virtual and a second virtual airline.
As a rule, double logging is not allowed. The approved exception is AeroLynx VA, Delta Virtual's standing partner. That exception applies to the approved AeroLynx relationship.
What about career and economy apps?
Standalone platforms such as FSEconomy, A Pilot's Life, Volanta, and SimToolkitPro are permitted. Using one of these to track the same flight does not, by itself, count as double logging to another VA.
Keep your records accurate
Report your flight truthfully and do not manipulate flight data to gain extra credit. When in doubt, ask Pilot Operations before submitting a PIREP.
