Discord, DVMail, and Official Messages
Where important airline information comes from and how to get assistance.
Staying informed
Delta Virtual uses several official communication channels:
- Website and Crew Center for pilot resources, notices, and account information.
- DVMail for messages delivered through Delta Virtual's internal communication system.
- Email for account and operational notices.
- Discord for community discussions, announcements, events, and support.
Is Discord mandatory?
Discord is strongly encouraged but not required for ordinary pilot membership. Certain events, staff roles, or services may require Discord participation.

Linked Discord accounts
Delta Virtual may offer account linking, verification, nickname and role synchronization, or event notifications. Only link accounts that belong to you; do not bypass verification or role systems.
Where do I go with a complaint or appeal?
The standard escalation path is Director of Pilot Operations (DPO) -> COO -> CEO -> Ownership Team. You can skip a level when there is a reasonable conflict of interest.
Protecting your information
Never send account passwords, authentication tokens, or sensitive diagnostics in a public channel. Report suspected security issues privately.
