PILOT RESOURCE / GUIDE
Start with the Crew Center
The Delta Virtual Crew Center is your starting point for flight planning, account details, submitted reports, and airline news. The layout can change as the website is updated, so use the current menu labels rather than relying on an old screenshot.
Five places to get familiar with
- Pilot profile: Check your displayed name, contact information, and account status. Keep your email address current.
- Flights and schedules: Find published flights or the charter tools offered by the site. The airline follows Any Route, Any Aircraft, Anytime for normal flights.
- PIREP or flight history: Look here after submitting a flight. A recorded flight and an accepted PIREP are not necessarily the same thing.
- Messages and announcements: Review site notices, DVMail, and important announcements that affect your account or operations.
- Help Center: Visit Delta Virtual Help for instructions and troubleshooting articles.
Your first visit
- Sign in through the official Delta Virtual website.
- Confirm that your membership information is accurate.
- Find the flight you want to operate and identify which approved ACARS client you plan to use.
- After flying, locate the submitted report and confirm that it is accepted.
If a menu, icon, or page in a guide doesn't match your screen, ask staff to confirm the current location rather than guessing or opening unofficial links.
