Joining Delta Virtual: Registration Requirements
Who can join, what information is required, and what happens next.
Who can join?
Delta Virtual welcomes flight-simulation enthusiasts who are 18 years of age or older. Membership is for simulated flying and does not represent employment with a real airline.
Registration requirements
Before submitting an application, have the following ready:
- Your real first and last name.
- Your country of residence and date of birth.
- An active email address you can access.
- An understanding that members may have only one Delta Virtual account, unless specifically authorized.
A VATSIM ID or IVAO ID is optional. You can enjoy Delta Virtual without flying on an online ATC network.
Once your account is created
Sign into the Crew Center, review the current SOP and start planning your first flight. You must complete one accepted flight within 14 days of joining. There is a three-day warning period after day 14 if you have not done so.
Account security
Use a unique password, never share your login, and report suspicious account activity to staff. Keep your email current so important messages can reach you.
Policy reference: Delta Virtual SOP v4.0, sections 1.3, 3.1-3.2 and 10.
