Transfer Your Existing Flight Hours
How verifiable hours from other VAs or online networks can be credited.
Can I transfer hours?
Yes. Delta Virtual accepts verified transfer hours without a cap. Accepted transfer hours count toward Delta Virtual pilot rank.
Which hours are eligible?
Pilot Operations can consider verifiable hours from:
- Another virtual airline.
- VATSIM or IVAO.
- Other flight-simulation records accepted by Pilot Operations.
All requests must be verifiable. Delta Virtual may ask for a roster link, logbook export, network record, or other supporting evidence.
When should I request a transfer?
Submit the request during registration or normally within 14 days. Include your source and any documentation that helps staff verify the hours.
Who reviews the request?
The Pilot Operations team handles validation and rank credit. If you are not sure what evidence to provide, ask before submitting incomplete information.
